ZUMBA COMING IN AUGUST
 

Class Descriptions

Zumba (60 min)
Move, groove, and shake in this high-low impact dance class based around hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves. Regardless of your fitness level Zumba is guaranteed to make you sweat, burn, and tone. Ditch the work out and join the party!

Intro to Yoga (45 min)
If you’ve wanted to try yoga and didn’t know where to start Intro to Yoga is the perfect place. This class teaches the foundations of yoga such as basic postures, proper alignment, and breathing technique. The easy going pace this class provides allows students to gain a full understanding of their yoga bodies.

Gentle Yoga (60 min)
The perfect complement to all forms of exercise that will help you relax and unwind. Increase your body awareness, flexibility, and enhance balance while you gently stretch and strengthen. Class is ended with deep relaxation to help rejuvenate the mind, body and soul. Appropriate for students of all levels.

Vinyasa/Power Yoga (60 min)
This active style of yoga builds strength, flexibility, and stamina as you flow through a series of postures linking breath and movement. Challenge yourself with a range of new and refreshing sequences and variations. Modifications are offered to accommodate the beginner to the more advanced practitioner.

Boot Camp (30 & 60 min)
Work hard, sweat, have fun, and best of all burn calories in this no nonsense class. Take your body to its limit as you find strength and endurance you never knew you had. You’ll be expecting the unexpected with the variety of training styles this full body work out offers. Open to all fitness levels.
